About the Role
You will be joining a fast-growing SaaS company with a seasoned team, serving some of the most well-named brands in the world. The team consists of veteran entrepreneurs, sales and marketing executives with deep expertise in SaaS go-to-market. It’s an exciting time to be on the Sales team at HeyMarvin. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager who will share in our vision and lead us to win.
As an experienced Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of a book of HeyMarvin’s largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the current revenue and usage of these customers, as well as identifying, pitching, and facilitating growth opportunities. You should be comfortable with building deep relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization and adept at managing complex customer relationships and product configurations. You will also work cross-functionally with senior members of HeyMarvin's team to strengthen the B2B relationship, coordinate customer efforts, and provide input as we evolve our product roadmap and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic target account plans that align with overall business and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute account mapping, growth and customer acquisition strategies to expand into new verticals and territories.
- Build relationships with key executives and influencers that peer well with HeyMarvin leadership.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical expertise during the sales process.
- Act as the primary contact for all partner-related inquiries and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work in tandem with CS for business and quarterly planning / reviews with customers to ensure they are leveraging the HeyMarvin platform to achieve successful business outcomes.
- Work with sales manager on account planning and forecasting.
- Own end-to-end negotiations and execution of six-figure renewals and upsells contract.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide informed recommendations for HeyMarvin's Enterprise product roadmap that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Manager, preferably experience selling technical SaaS and cloud software in UX/UI organizations or related tech companies, such as product analytics, design tools, or customer feedback platforms.
- Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six figure deals .
- Experience with sales related tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LI Navigator).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.
- A strong drive to succeed, and comfortable pushing the pace of action with customers and internal teams.
- High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution and ambiguity of a startup.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer on-site, events and internal summits.

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Final offers will be determined with factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for commissions, equity and benefits.
