Job Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Reagent Sales Consultants (RSCs) to achieve national assay growth and menu expansion targets across chemistry and immunoassay portfolios. • Oversee national menu expansion strategy, including identification of key growth opportunities, competitive conversion pathways, and alignment of resources to maximize incremental revenue. • Align field execution with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic revenue initiatives to drive consistent and measurable impact across the installed base. • Own and manage the growth bridge, forecast-to-target process, and associated analytics leveraging sales management tools and SFDC to ensure visibility, accountability, and accuracy. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Service, and Business Units to remove barriers, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful implementation of new assays.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of field sales experience
  • Proven experience leading and developing field-based commercial teams to achieve growth targets and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong clinical and analytical acumen with the ability to understand laboratory workflows, assay performance, industry benchmarks, and competitive dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, influencing customer decisions, and driving commercial outcomes through technically complex solutions.
  • Resilience, perseverance, and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, motivate teams, and deliver sustained revenue growth.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
