Role Description
This role involves leading initiatives to enhance the skills and productivity of our sales teams by developing and implementing effective enablement strategies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology.
- Build and implement annual and quarterly enablement strategies by assessing needs with key stakeholders.
- Make data-driven decisions to identify learning gaps and enhance productivity through coaching plans.
- Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas to achieve buy-in around execution.
- Work with sellers to provide feedback and identify improvement areas through various coaching methods.
- Organize and evaluate sales readiness assessments.
- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions, virtually or in person, to drive continual learning.
- Ensure consistency in methodology and identify opportunities for content improvement.
- Collaborate with leaders to establish processes that reinforce key learnings.
- Communicate enablement strategies and reports continuously to sales managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication skills suitable for virtual interactions with diverse personas.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management in complex selling environments.
- Proficient in recognized sales methodologies and coaching frameworks.
- Ability to influence and engage with various personalities and work at all organizational levels.
- Strong alignment skills, capable of achieving consensus and executing on strategies.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes.
