- Extensive experience building and improving complex user journeys across multiple customer types, balancing usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Strong customer and business intuition, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with quality while adapting to evolving priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams like engineering, design, sales, and operations.
