Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in safety management, labor compliance, construction management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and DOT safety regulations.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Experience conducting onsite inspections and managing contractor compliance.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% to project sites nationwide.
- Experience with safety platforms, compliance portals, or LMS tools is a plus.
