Public Rights Project

The Director, Election Protection Hub (EPH) oversees the EPH program, leading strategy and managing all efforts to support local election officials in protecting voting rights and securing fair elections. This includes leading the team, overseeing technical assistance, filing amicus briefs, engaging partners, and developing high-profile litigation cases.

The Deputy Director will advise, counsel, and represent local election officials in court, analyze election and voting laws, and serve as lead attorney on strategic legal projects for the Election Protection Hub. This role also involves designing, implementing, and refining systems to support the quality and efficiency of the EPH's operations.
