About the role

As a Paid Social Manager, you'll work closely with our growth & creative teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. You'll be responsible for executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and testing new ideas to drive growth for our clients.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has some experience in paid social and wants to deepen their skills in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll get exposure to diverse industries, work directly with clients, and collaborate with senior team members who will support your growth.

You’ll join a collaborative paid social team that supports each other, brainstorms together, and continually improves how we work. As Pearmill grows, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on the business.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end paid social strategy and execution for a portfolio of performance marketing clients.

  • Build media plans and manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and ongoing optimizations.

  • Launch, manage, and iterate campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, and other emerging channels when there is a clear testing rationale.

  • Drive a structured experimentation program for each of your clients, defining hypotheses and tests, and documenting learnings and next steps.

  • Partner with creative, landing page, and tech teammates to develop and QA assets, troubleshoot performance or tracking issues, and improve conversion rates.

  • Communicate clearly with clients to align on strategy, performance goals, and results.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience in a performance environment (agency experience is a plus).

  • Experience managing budgets over $300k a month.

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager (planning, building, troubleshooting, and scaling).

  • Comfort managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once, while still maintaining QA discipline.

  • Strong analytical ability:

    • can use data to find patterns and diagnose issues

    • can turn insights into clear actions.

  • Understand attribution models and incrementality testing.

  • Clear writing and communication skills (especially helpful in async environments).

  • +/- 2 hours of ET required.

Nice to have

  • Experience running paid social for B2B, lead gen, or long cycle products.

  • Have worked with start-ups and SMBs before and understand the differences in their strategies.

Benefits

  • Distributed and global culture.

  • Remote work budget and equipment budget.

  • Learning budget (books, courses, coaches).

  • Share in profits.

  • Unlimited vacation (3 weeks required).

  • And more.
