• Take ownership of backend integration and migration efforts within the Platform Integration Team. • Deliver well-defined development stories independently, with a strong understanding of architecture, frameworks, and tools. • Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure and backend microservices powering the platform. • Develop secure, scalable, high-performing services primarily in PHP, with supporting components in Node.js/TypeScript. • Build and maintain infrastructure using AWS CDK constructs, supporting automation across environments. • Contribute actively to code reviews, testing practices, and overall service stability. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure observability and reliability. • Apply cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, secrets management, and safe handling of sensitive data. • Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback. • Promote healthy development flow through Agile processes and iterative improvements. • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and research while validating outputs responsibly. • Understand core LLM concepts (tokens, context length, hallucinations) and recognize safe vs. unsafe AI use cases.
