Job Description

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators. • Own the end-to-end coordination strategy for interview scheduling and candidate experience. • Establish clear service standards, workflows, and operating rhythms for the team. • Develop scalable coverage models aligned with hiring volume and business priorities. • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex coordination or stakeholder challenges. • Identify operational risks and proactively implement process improvements. • Partner with TA leadership to support recruiting programs that enhance hiring effectiveness. • Help operationalize initiatives such as interviewer training or early talent.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a related People function.
  • 5+ years of experience directly managing and developing people, ideally within a high-volume or fast-scaling environment.
  • Strong people leader who builds engaged, accountable, high-performing teams.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building or improving operational processes at scale.
  • Navigate ambiguity confidently and lead teams through growth and change.
  • Thoughtful stakeholder partner who can influence across levels, including senior leadership.
  • Data-informed and able to balance metrics with human-centered leadership.
  • Experience supporting recruiting programs is a plus.
