Job Requirements
- Experience leading and developing a team of Product Managers
- Demonstrated success launching customer-facing products in SaaS or platform environments
- Strong multidisciplinary thinking, evaluating tradeoffs with market, business, and technical insights
- Ability to articulate product vision clearly
- Experience partnering closely with Design and Engineering teams
- Deep respect for cross-functional collaborators
- Strong customer empathy and a drive to understand and solve meaningful problems
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal leadership skills
- Passion for cultivating psychologically safe teams
- Understanding of the competitive enterprise and SaaS landscape
