• Own the product strategy & roadmap for one or more of our focus areas (examples include: Care Pro Hiring, Care Pro Staffing, Workforce Quality) • Develop a deep understand of customer needs and business goals through strong analytics, direct observation (willing to “do the job”), and collecting stakeholder feedback • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage technology to accelerate future growth and improve customer outcomes. • Build deep relationships with stakeholders beyond the Product team to develop cross-functional solutions to critical company challenges • Drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives aligned to strategic priorities • Collaborate with engineering & design leaders to create Product team processes that will equip us to continue to deliver at high velocity • Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify root causes, and focus on the highest impact issues. • Get stuff done -- work quickly to drive to impact, balancing incremental and radical change; if there isn’t anyone else to do it, roll up your sleeves and do it yourself
