What You’ll Do:
DeepIntent is looking to bring on a Senior Program Manager to support and operate a small portfolio of cross-functional program teams that sit at the intersection of Revenue and Technology.
Program Teams serve as commercial readiness and execution forums, bringing business and technical stakeholders together to align on product direction, delivery readiness, prioritization, and execution for revenue-critical initiatives. The Senior Program Manager will focus on execution, structure, and follow-through of programs, while partnering closely with the Director, Project Management on team meeting design and operating model evolution. This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, highly organized, and eager to grow into broader program ownership over time.
Demand Team Operations & Cadence
- Support assigned Demand Teams by owning agendas, pre-reads, and meeting logistics.
- Partner with Product Managers and Business Owners to consolidate materials ahead of meetings.
- Capture decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items during meetings.
- Ensure clear documentation and follow-up after each Demand Team session.
Execution Tracking & Follow-Through
- Translate Demand Team discussions into structured task lists, timelines, and ownership
- Track progress across teams and follow up on commitments between meetings
- Flag risks, blockers, and misalignment early to the leadership
- Maintain clear visibility into what is moving, what is stuck, and why
Commercial & Launch Readiness Support
- Support cross-functional planning to ensure initiatives are sequenced realistically
- Help ensure work discussed in Demand Teams meets basic GTM (Go To Market) expectations before moving forward
- Assist with launch planning and coordination where applicable
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide clear, concise status updates on assigned Program Teams
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across each functional area
- Build trust through consistency, organization, and follow-through
Learning, Systems & Growth
- Learn and apply Program team operating models, templates, and best practices
- Develop systems thinking skills by understanding how initiatives connect across teams
- Grow into increased ownership of programs, decisions, and execution over time
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, or Commercial teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort operating in evolving, ambiguous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to technology, ad tech, martech, or data-driven platforms
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Experience working with tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms
- Interest in growing into a senior program or operations role
While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings
DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $140,000 -$150,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidate's skills, experience and qualifications.
