• Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities. • Be responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies. • Review, plan, and provide assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities. • Create, review, and advise on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment. • Plan, develop, and implement work processes and methodologies to support deployment. • Have expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization
