- 8–12+ years of proposal management experience, ideally in the benefits industry.
- Demonstrate ability to lead multiple high stakes projects simultaneously.
- Possess exceptional writing, editing, and persuasive communication skills.
- Be an influential leader, collaborator, and detail oriented under strict deadlines.
- Possess advanced proficiency with MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and RFP/proposal software.
- Able to synthesize complex information and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
