Job Description

• Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships • Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins • Take deals from first conversation through initial order • Train shop staff on product and positioning • Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics • Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory)
  • 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
  • Ability to build interest and convert into sales
  • Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
  • Strong organization and follow up skills
  • Background or interest in cycling or performance sports
