Job Requirements
- Experience delivering HR operational excellence in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Comfort working across multiple HR systems/ecosystems and bringing together insights from different platforms.
- Strong judgment and ability to coach/support employees and managers through sensitive or complex issues with objectivity and discretion.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and partner effectively across levels.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Detail orientation and the ability to connect dots and data across multiple sources.
- Great business acumen and the ability to tie people strategy to business objectives.
- Knowledge of US employment practices is a plus.
