Scope of Position & Technical Competency
Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:
- Conduct screening on potential client calls.
- Complete all documentation associated with client calls.
- Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development.
- Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs.
Technical Competencies:
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system.
- Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
- Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred.
- Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred.
