Role Description

This role involves supporting the Information Technology team in various ways, including online research, data analysis, and data entry.

  • Collect, research, and analyze data requests from various sources including emails and spreadsheets.
  • Work independently to analyze and organize data using MS Excel which can then be added, updated, or deleted from MS Dynamics 365.
  • Research using MS Dynamics 365 and make data updates accordingly.
  • Communicate clearly using email and ask questions when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree courses in Information Technology or data analytics field preferred.
  • Experience with MS Excel and relational databases.
  • Willingness to learn and work independently.

  • 100% remote.
