Raise the Bar: We grow deliberately, by asking how things can improve and by giving and seeking feedback. We insist on the highest standards and keep pushing them higher. Be a Good Person: Be kind, be honest, and make it fun to work here. Tell the truth even when it’s uncomfortable. Treat people with respect and go out of your way to do nice things for your teammates.

Job Description
Role Description
We're looking for a reliable, personable contractor to conduct initial first-round interview screens for therapist candidates. This is a defined, structured role. You'll work from a set script and scorecard, represent Prosper Health professionally to candidates, and keep things moving efficiently.
- Conduct ~25-30 structured 30-minute first-round interview screens per week with therapist candidates that include sharing information on Prosper Health’s mission, the clients we support, and asking 5 clinical experience questions and taking notes on responses
- Complete a scorecard for each candidate following each call in ATS (Greenhouse)
- Handle logistical follow-up emails with candidates
- Maintain availability for ~5 hours/week of admin and internal check-ins (20 hours total: 15 hours interview availability, 5 hours admin and internal check-ins)
Qualifications
- You're a natural conversationalist who can make a stranger feel at ease within the first minute of a call
- You follow a structured process without sounding robotic
- You're reliable: if you have a call at 2pm, you're there at 2pm
- You take clean notes and don't let things fall through the cracks
- You're comfortable on Zoom and can manage your own calendar without hand-holding
- You find meaning in work that matters: the clinicians you help identify will directly impact the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults
- You have experience conducting structured interviews or screening calls in a mental health, healthcare, or clinical setting
Compensation
- $800 per week ($40/hr), paid every 2 weeks
- 1099 Contractor
