Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience; with 1+ years being direct project or program management experience
- Comfortable using AI tools daily and discussing high-level AI/ML concepts
- Familiarity with Agile or similar methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and an interest in improving operational processes
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Preferred Skills: PMP or AI and cloud-related certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with AI and cloud technology
- Experience supporting technical teams
