Job Description
• responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance
• works with vendor management team, procurement team and other internal IT team on problems of diverse scope, third party SaaS product and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial
• works with design engineering, business partners and test team to drive products from strategy phase, requirement gathering, user story creation, design completion to volume production release
• performs various tasks to verify and validate product designs
• influence other leaders and teams, works with business and other teams in release planning and roadmap
• supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components
• ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements
• interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues
• advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance
• exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of experience
- Anaplan Implementation Experience
- Database Management ( Data lake, SQL)
- Resource, Procurement and Vendor Management process experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Experience leading system implementation enterprise-wide projects
- Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
- HR System knowledge
- Experience with unit testing and mocking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
- Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
