Job Description
As our Recruitment Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple client roles at once while maintaining quality, speed, and a great candidate experience, with the leadership of our founder. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a recruitment agency or fast-paced hiring environment and is metrics-driven and comfortable being accountable to KPIs from Day 1.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for volume and niche roles
Assist in role intake calls and clarify hiring priorities with internal stakeholders
Assist in building structured sourcing plans per role
Screen candidates for skills, experience, and alignment
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers
Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding
Source candidates through different job boards, communities, referrals, and other unconventional channels (Reddit, X, and similar platforms)
Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring roles
Handle bulk applicant screening efficiently without sacrificing quality
Proactively headhunt for niche or senior roles when required
Manage candidates and roles in Teamtailor (ATS)
Maintain clean, accurate recruitment data in Airtable
Track candidate stages, response rates, and hiring metrics
Ensure documentation and recruitment workflows are followed consistently
Provide regular hiring updates and insights
Flag risks, bottlenecks, or role misalignment early
Share market feedback and candidate insights to improve hiring outcomes
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment (agency or in-house with volume hiring)
- Proven experience handling high-volume recruitment
- Comfortable recruiting for niche, specialized, or senior roles
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Confident using ATS and tracking recruitment data
- Experience with Teamtailor and Airtable is a strong plus
- Clear communicator with strong time management skills
