Role Description
This role involves guiding a portfolio of clients through the production process, ensuring strong creative execution, smooth workflows, and a great client experience from idea to delivery.
- Acting as the day-to-day client contact and maintaining strong client relationships
- Turning show strategy into episode plans, outlines, and creative direction
- Contributing ideas for Shorts, social formats, and episode packaging (hooks, segments, angles)
- Managing production timelines and deliverables across editors, designers, and production teams
- Coordinating the production process to ensure projects ship on time and at high quality
- Supporting remote recordings and preparing materials for upcoming shoots
- Partnering with an Executive Producer to turn strategy into executed content
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with both clients and creative teams
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Strong creative instincts for what makes video content engaging
- Ability to translate strategy into clear production plans and deliverables
- 2–4 years experience in video production, content marketing, or agency client services
