Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our team of sales professionals in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing telesales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets across multiple sites located in Arizona, Illinois, and Washington. The ideal candidate will also help develop and manage talent acquisition, training, engagement and retention strategies. Up to 50% travel may be required.
- Develop and execute telesales strategies that drive growth and exceed sales targets across multiple sites.
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales professionals to achieve performance goals and objectives while creating a positive culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the telesales process, including call scripts, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and develop insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts to recruit and retain top talent across all sites.
- Have P&L responsibility for each site and ensure that each site meets or exceeds financial targets.
- Travel up to 50% of the time to visit each site and attend meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in telesales or sales leadership roles in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Medicare Advantage.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful telesales strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales tools.
