Role Description
We’re hiring a Data Scientist, Senior to join our growing analytics team. This role will be instrumental in building advanced models, shaping our future analytics solution set, and delivering client-facing insights. You’ll work alongside a visionary Sr. Director of Data Science to help define the next generation of behavioral analytics at One10.
This position includes occasional travel and opportunities to present directly to clients. Must be able to work U.S. EST / CT core business hours consistently and must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship available for this role (including F-1, OPT, CPT, H-1B, or other visa sponsorship).
- Develop and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to support measurement solutions, loyalty analytics, and program optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into client solutions and internal products.
- Own end-to-end analytics solutions from scoping to deployment and delivery.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories using tools like PowerBI.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data stack, with influence over technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Apache Spark, and Neo4j.
- Work with modern cloud-based data environments.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Experience in PowerBI or other visualization and communication platform.
- Familiarity with modern data architectures and ability to integrate data science solutions into production systems built on Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with or interest in graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to shape the future of data at One10.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5–10%).
