• Support monthly forecasting and reporting, including variance analysis that helps explain what drove performance. • Assist with month-end close tasks, helping ensure numbers are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. • Dig into financial data to help clean, organize, and validate information that powers core reporting and analysis. • Build and update financial models or dashboards used by the team and business leaders to make informed decisions. • Collaborate with teams across the business (Ops, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) to gather inputs, spot inconsistencies, and improve how data flows between systems. • Identify process improvements and share ideas that make financial workflows faster, clearer, or more automated. • Contribute to budgeting and planning cycles. • Run ad-hoc analysis to answer real business questions—everything from cost trends to margin insights to project-level performance.
