Job Description
Role Description
We’re looking for a customer-focused Solutions Enablement Manager to help existing clients implement and operationalize Datassential’s data services within their own systems. This team provides data and custom UI services that help clients operationalize Datassential’s data within their own systems and workflows.
- Work directly with existing customers to understand how they want to use Datassential data.
- Determine the best way to deliver and integrate data into customer processes.
- Guide data service initiatives such as CRM matching, data integrations, and Snowflake connections.
- Ensure customers understand the value of these services and how they support their goals.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and internal technical teams to scope enablement initiatives and define project goals.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators who manage the operational execution and delivery of the work.
Qualifications
- Comfortable leading client conversations and guiding discussions with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experienced working with CRM systems, data integrations, or cloud data platforms.
- Familiar with how companies operationalize data inside tools like CRM systems, internal analytics platforms, or cloud data environments.
- Curious about how companies use data and excited to help customers get more value from it.
- A strong communicator who can explain technical ideas in a way that makes sense to different audiences.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple customer initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
- A collaborative partner who enjoys working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and technical teams.
- A problem solver who likes figuring out the best path forward for customers.
- Focused on outcomes and committed to helping customers successfully adopt Datassential’s data services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, implementation, technical account management, or data operations.
- Experience working with CRM systems, data integrations, or analytics/data platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation & Eligibility
- This role is open to candidates currently residing in and authorized to work in either the United States or Canada.
- USA: Salary base range for this role will be $75,000 – $85,000 USD.
- Canada: Salary base range for this role will be $85,000-$95,000 CAD.
- Actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
- This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of 8% of your base salary.
