- Maintain strict compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Florida experience in Personal Lines Insurance VA role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Florida homeowners and auto insurance.
- Technical proficiency in Citizens portal, PL Rater, and QQ Catalyst.
- Exceptional English communication skills for professional phone handling.
- Reliable internet connection and availability during U.S. business hours.
