Job Description
Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of team dynamics and technical infrastructure. In this role, you won't just be moving tasks around; you’ll be the architect of our agency’s workflow.
Your primary mission is to optimize our Wrike environment to ensure that our teams are balanced, our resources are maximized, and our leadership has the visibility they need to make high-level strategic decisions.
- Wrike Infrastructure & Administration: Act as the internal "Product Owner" for Wrike. You will build, maintain, and evolve our workspace—including custom fields, request forms, blueprints, and automated workflows—to match our growing agency needs.
- Resource Allocation & Capacity Planning: Monitor team bandwidth in real-time. You’ll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks before they happen and reassigning tasks to ensure no one is burnt out and no deadline is missed.
-
Performance Reporting:
- Executive Level: Develop high-level dashboards and monthly reports focusing on utilization rates, project profitability, and department health.
- Tactical Level: Create and manage daily/weekly views for creative and account teams to keep individual contributors focused and productive.
- Process Optimization: Constantly audit our project lifecycles. If a process is redundant or a Wrike folder is cluttered, you are empowered to fix it.
Qualifications
- Wrike Power User: You have deep, hands-on experience setting up complex project structures in Wrike. You understand how to leverage Wrike’s advanced features (Resource View, Workload charts, and Wrike Analyze).
- The "Traffic Controller" Mindset: You excel at resource management. You can look at a team’s calendar and immediately see the "puzzle pieces" that need to move to optimize output.
- Data Literacy: You can translate raw project data into clear, actionable insights for both a Creative Director and a CEO.
- Agency Experience: You understand the fast-paced nature of digital marketing and the nuances of managing diverse talent (SEO, Design, Copy, Paid Media).
Benefits
- Hybrid or remote work model, depending on location.
- Annual salary range - $105,000-$115,000.
- Health coverage + other health & wellness benefits via BCBS, vision care, dental coverage (Delta Dental), paid paternity & maternity leave, life & disability insurance, 401(k) matching.
- Paid time-off and 14 paid holidays.
- Great work-life balance & positive team culture.
- Team happy hours.
- Business casual dress code.
- Company laptop, full tech stack, and other resources provided by demandDrive.
