At Infotech, we build the digital backbone of the world’s infrastructure. As the Project Manager: SaaS, you won’t just track deliverables—you are the driving force behind our most critical technical transformation.
Reporting to the Director of Product Management: Enterprise, you will own the execution and delivery of our enterprise product's shift to a unified Software as a Service (SaaS) model. We are looking for an execution-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of complex, established systems and modern cloud architecture. You are a proven leader who can manage complex deployments in parallel, ensuring that our unwavering commitments to scalability and superior customer experience remain intact throughout the entire journey.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and Pioneer: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that migrate heavy, agency-specific legacy customizations into a standardized, high-performance SaaS platform.
- Ensure Technical Excellence: Partner with Site Reliability and Product Engineering to establish the highest bar for continuous deployment, production monitoring, and automated delivery pipelines.
- Manage Complex Rollouts: Oversee and coordinate the complex phase-out strategy, ensuring new SaaS interfaces and legacy systems work seamlessly against shared data models during transitional periods.
- Remove Roadblocks: Serve as the primary advocate for your team, surfacing impediments immediately and resolving conflicts between the demands of updating legacy code and achieving modern cloud goals.
- Drive Business Value: Translate technical milestones into clear, measurable business impact for executive leadership and our Department of Transportation (DOT) clients, proving that our modernization delivers tangible efficiency gains.
- Guard Integrity: Champion the platform’s security, data privacy, and regulatory accessibility standards within the new architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- SaaS Modernization Mastery: 6+ years of relevant software development project management experience, specifically leading large-scale cloud migrations or SaaS transformations in enterprise environments.
- Industry Domain Expertise: Experience within the horizontal construction industry, civil engineering, or directly supporting a Department of Transportation (DOT).
- Strategic Execution: PMP certification and a deep understanding of project management standards and SaaS delivery models.
- Enterprise Fluency: Proven track record of managing complex software solutions and navigating the shift from on-premise/hosted models to unified SaaS.
- Key Technical & Leadership Skills:
- Cloud Architecture: Strong grasp of modern cloud infrastructure, data migration strategies, and multi-tenant design principles.
- Tooling Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), ERP systems (NetSuite, OpenAir), and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Ability to define and track key SaaS performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate modernization ROI.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to prepare high-level status reports and communicate cloud-readiness issues to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits
- Comprehensive health benefits and inclusive wellness support.
- Flexible time off and paid holidays.
- Continuing education and leadership development programs.
- An inclusive culture built on empathy, connection, and trust.
