AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Entry-Level Managing Agents. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for those looking to launch a long-term career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment while making a meaningful impact.
- Communicate with members from an established database to assess financial needs
- Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefits and coverage options
- Support members throughout the application and enrollment process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to address questions and provide updates
- Assist existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort using computers and digital tools
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Problem-solving skills and a professional, client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
- Sales experience is preferred but not required. Full training and coaching are provided.
