Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Project Manager to lead our HR Strategy team's portfolio of projects, driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and consistency across the HR function. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute tools, programs, and processes that elevate our impact and support the function and the business.
- Develop and Execute Agile Project Management Strategy: Create and implement an agile project management approach that advances functional priorities, supports operational efficiency, and drives continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Network: Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee & Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to develop and deploy strategies that address business needs in a consistent and standardized way.
- Process Improvement and Change Management: Leverage process improvement/lean tools and methodology to align with business needs, and lead workshops to re-evaluate existing structures and implement changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and influence leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of their processes and connect them to the right resources to support their development and group effectiveness.
- Program Execution: Ensure assigned programs are executed efficiently, meeting schedule, technical performance, quality, risk management, and customer engagement commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong Human Resources background or management experience.
- Proven ability to navigate and facilitate change within teams and organizations.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive process strategies to identify and optimize processes.
- Strong project management skills, including earned value management, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting an organization.
- Experience managing projects with large scope and geographical areas.
- PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
