Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator acts as the point of contact for post-offer talent acquisition and human resource-related questions and information. The position is essential to ensure the internal and external candidate onboarding experience is a positive one. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with and assists the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources with a variety of post-offer employment related items, including, but not limited, to:
- Post-offer background screening items
- Post-offer communication
- Arrangement of the beginning stages of the onboarding experience
Qualifications
- 1 year of Human Resources experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year administrative or Human Resources generalist experience
- This is a remote role within the state of Arizona
