Role Description
This role involves launching and scaling a real estate transactional practice within a firm dedicated entirely to real estate law.
- Lead the expansion of a growing real estate transactional division
- Work with a firm focused exclusively on real estate matters
- 100 percent remote platform serving clients across Southern California
- Manage deals involving acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects
- Assist with a small portion of related disputes as the transactional platform expands
- Enjoy autonomy, client development, and building systems that support long-term growth

- Senior attorney with experience in real estate law
Requirements
- Monthly billable expectations of 120 hours with a ramp period
