This role will lead the enterprise product marketing function, driving the strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for complex B2B SaaS solutions. As Sr. Director, Product Marketing, you will shape differentiated messaging and compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers while influencing revenue growth. You will mentor a high-performing team of senior product marketers, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align campaigns with business objectives. This position demands a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership, enabling the team to deliver measurable impact across global markets. The role also serves as a key spokesperson for enterprise solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business value. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance while guiding the team through complex product launches and market initiatives. This position is hybrid or fully remote, supporting US-based operations.

Accountabilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end enterprise product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market plans, and value propositions.
    • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue growth across enterprise markets.
    • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create campaigns, playbooks, demos, and collateral that enable enterprise decision-makers.
    • Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for enterprise solutions in customer interactions, analyst briefings, and industry events.
    • Mentor and develop senior product marketing managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and customer research to refine messaging strategies and evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives.
    • Build alignment and influence with senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional clarity and strategic momentum.

    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally with cloud and AI products.
    • 7+ years of people management experience, with proven success in leading high-performing product marketing teams.
    • Strong ability to translate technical innovations into business value and create differentiated positioning.
    • Demonstrated success defining vision and strategy, executing product launches, and driving measurable business outcomes.
    • Expertise in crafting customer-centric content, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging executives and analysts.
    • Data-driven mindset, leveraging market insights and customer research to continuously refine strategies.
    • Customer-obsessed with a passion for solving complex enterprise problems in fast-paced environments.
