Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our HR consulting firm. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful delivery of HR solutions, and providing strategic advice to improve client organizational performance. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR practices.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and providing solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify new opportunities for improvement or additional services.
- Consulting and Advisory: Work with clients to assess their HR challenges and suggest practical, effective solutions.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for clients, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining hiring requirements to onboarding new employees, ensuring clients' talent acquisition goals are met.
- Business Development & Sales: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing leads, and engaging in sales activities to grow the company's client base. Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services, manage resources, and monitor progress.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HR consulting services to existing clients.
- Client Retention and Growth: Monitor client satisfaction and work to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Other: Work closely with other internal teams (HR consultants, recruiters, and support staff) to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to carry out business operations at a high business level in both Japanese and English.
- Experience in HR consulting, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
Preferred
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
