  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and explain available coverage options in a clear, professional manner
  • Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide follow-up support
  • Maintain organized digital records of client interactions
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development calls
  • Build communication, leadership, and client relationship skills

Qualifications

  • Recent or upcoming college graduates
  • Strong communicators with a people-first mindset
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals
