- Design, detail, and optimize interior components, balancing weight, cost, manufacturability, and compliance.
- Serve as primary CAD technical expert, creating and managing production-level digital product definitions in CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Support certification, safety, and quality documentation to meet regulatory requirements (Part 23/ATA 25).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, pilots, human factors specialists, and marketing to enhance user experience and operational reliability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and designers, promoting best practices in modeling, integration, and supplier management.

Benefits
- Competitive salary with potential bonuses and stock options depending on role and seniority.
- Robust health benefits including subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan options.
- Paid time off: 15 days, 13-14 holidays, and paid sick leave.
- Opportunity for professional growth and hands-on work on innovative aircraft projects.
- Initial remote work with periodic travel and eventual onsite transition to manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL.
