Role Description

As a Federal Capture Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end capture of transactional and strategic, high-value federal opportunities that drive growth across Insight’s core solution areas.

  • Lead the creation and execution of capture plans for targeted federal opportunities (e.g., large IDIQs, GWAC/IDIQ task orders, solution and services programs, sourcing contracts).
  • Align capture strategy with Insight’s federal growth priorities, solution portfolio, OEM partner strategies, and target agencies’ mission outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Insight teammates to shape acquisition outcomes and customer perception pre-RFx through targeted engagement, thought leadership, and positioning of Insight’s differentiated capabilities (e.g., hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, workplace and collaboration, data & AI, managed services).
  • Own a portfolio of tactical and strategic pursuits across key Insight federal focus areas and agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering or related field required.
  • 5-10+ years of progressive experience in federal capture management, business development, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record leading and winning multi-year federal IT and services/solution contracts, including both services and large-scale technology sourcing.
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within major federal agencies (DoD, Civilian) and Federal Systems Integrators and large Government Contractors.
