Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments to inform product strategies.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis to identify emerging strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Competitive Repository: Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of competitive intelligence data, battlecards, and insights for executive stakeholders.
- Win/Loss Analysis: Perform win/loss analysis, including direct prospect/client interviews, to identify specific decision drivers & trends in our opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for product and sales teams.
- Product Roadmapping Support: Assist Product Strategy leaders in the development of the product roadmap by providing market feedback and research to aid in the prioritization of future product innovations.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to internal teams and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a focus on product analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (data visualization experience a plus).
- Knowledge of the banking and fintech industry landscape (Preferred).
