Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5+ years spent delivering high quality software products
- Domain expertise in KYC/KYB/Identity is a strong plus
- Experience navigating and thriving in a highly regulated environment
- Empathize with customers — deeply understand user needs and translate insights into compelling product direction and value propositions
- Drive informed decision-making — use data and research to shape priorities, define success metrics, and validate product bets
- Deliver high-impact experiences — partner closely with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-quality products
