Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field required
- 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years in a unionized construction, heavy civil, utility, or skilled trades environment
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience supporting a multi-site, field-based workforce
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Preferred: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification
- Experience in employee-owned (ESOP) or multi-entity structures
- Strong executive presence
- Skilled in conflict resolution and change management
- Strong compliance acumen and working knowledge of employment laws
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning strategies
- Proven operational partnership within construction or field-based environments
- Strategic thinker who can execute tactically
- High emotional intelligence.
