• Develop and execute Boldin’s email marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement and retention. • Audit existing customer journey and nurture streams and provide recommendations for how to improve. • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, newsletters, and promotional emails. • Work with product marketing partners to identify key moments in the customer journey to effectively leverage the email channel and influence behavior. • Develop campaigns, triggered flows, and promotions that deliver against revenue, conversion, engagement, and retention goals. • Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to the team backed by data. • Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft compelling email copy and visuals that align with Boldin’s brand voice. • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and create actionable recommendations for improvement. • Create and own the email marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotions, and key business initiatives. • Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging email marketing tools to maintain Boldin’s competitive edge.
