Role Description

This role involves being a competitive, high-energy Account Executive in a rapidly scaling, venture-backed startup.

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial sourcing and discovery to closing new logos.
  • Execute a 50/50 split of inbound lead management and proactive outbound hunting.
  • Engage directly with key stakeholders (like Fire Chiefs and Fleet Managers) through virtual meetings and occasional on-site travel to close high-value deals.
  • Represent our client at industry conferences and events with a professional, low-ego, and service-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene to track your progress and forecast growth accurately.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of success in a full-cycle sales role, ideally within an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
  • Possess a hunter mentality and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can pivot quickly as the company scales.
  • Experience selling to government municipalities is a significant plus.
