Role Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Bengali Audio Evaluator Experts to contribute to a high-impact AI research project with a leading research lab. In this role, experts will help train and evaluate advanced AI systems by working on Bengali audio transcription, annotation, and evaluation tasks. The work focuses on transforming audio and video content into accurate, structured written outputs.

• Transcribe and analyze Bengali audio and video content
• Produce high-quality written outputs in Bengali with supporting work in English
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strict adherence to formatting guidelines
• Capture nuances such as tone, intent, and regional language variations
• Develop evaluation rubrics and grading guidelines
• Test and evaluate AI-generated responses in Bengali
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance
• Support benchmarking and quality assurance processes

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Bengali (spoken and written)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical reasoning skills
• Ability to accurately transcribe and analyze audio content
• Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Background in linguistics, humanities, journalism, social sciences, or technical disciplines
• Experience with transcription, annotation, localization, or research workflows
