Role Description
This role focuses on managing the development and integration of flexible and rigid circuit boards, supporting advanced electrical components used in compact wearable hardware systems.
- Manage electrical components and hardware development for AR wearable devices
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of PCB fabrication and circuit board development
- Oversee design releases for flex circuits and multi-layer boards (MLBs) from design to production
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop flexible and rigid circuit board architectures
- Track schedules, gather engineering feedback, and highlight development risks
- Manage SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, and Pack) production builds
- Coordinate closely with APAC contract manufacturers and suppliers
- Ensure vendor readiness and maintain strong manufacturing partnerships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical design, PCB development, or hardware engineering
- Experience working with wearables or consumer electronics hardware
- Hands-on experience with PCB design, fabrication processes, and component integration
- Experience managing SMT and FATP manufacturing workflows
- Strong collaboration skills working with engineering teams and global manufacturing partners
