This role involves supporting a leading AI lab in improving how advanced AI systems understand real-world office management and administrative operations.
- Create domain-specific tasks and deliverables based on real-world office supervision and administrative management scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to administrative workflows
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve quality and consistency
- Identify gaps or inaccuracies in AI reasoning related to office management practices
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding of administrative operations
- Apply consistent evaluation frameworks to produce high-quality review outputs
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience supervising office or administrative support teams
- Experience managing administrative workflows, office operations, or support staff
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to translate real-world office management scenarios into structured evaluation tasks
Requirements
- Experience managing administrative teams or office operations
- Familiarity with productivity tools, office software, or workflow management systems
- Experience reviewing operational procedures, documentation, or internal processes
