• Own the creation of high-quality technical content: blog posts, guides, whitepapers, case studies, and scripts • Translate complex QA and engineering concepts into clear, engaging content • Develop and maintain a consistent technical voice across platforms • Analyze content performance and continuously improve topics, formats, and messaging Video & Public Presence • Record educational and thought leadership videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms • Present confidently on camera (no editing required - production support provided) • Turn previously written content into video-first content where appropriate Technical Accuracy & Quality Control • Perform quality checks on all technical content • Review, edit, and refine written materials to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency • Validate examples, workflows, and claims from an engineering perspective Leadership & Collaboration • Lead and mentor a team of content writers • Provide structured feedback and raise the quality bar across the team • Work closely with multiple departments to align messaging with product capabilities • Help define the technical content roadmap
