• Manage, mentor, and grow the QA team—setting priorities, providing feedback, and supporting career development • Lead and evolve our test automation framework, with a focus on Playwright • Design and implement end-to-end, integration, and regression test suites • Champion a strong quality engineering mindset across the organization—shifting quality left and making it everyone's responsibility • Collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and testability requirements • Identify gaps in test coverage and drive continuous improvement in our testing practices • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release planning • Own QA team capacity planning, and team performance
