Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with exposure to SaaS, UCaaS, managed services, networking, or partner-driven sales environments (MSPs, IT consultants, or channel partners) required
- Ability to manage a structured sales process and progress opportunities through multiple stages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience conducting discovery conversations and presenting solutions to business decision-makers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple opportunities and priorities
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce strongly preferred) and sales engagement tools such as Apollo or email automation platforms
- A coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve sales skills and performance
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and customer success teams
